Performance. Reliability. Access. This philosophy extends beyond our products to our service. We offer a 15-day return window from the date you receive your item. All returns must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging intact.
Returns & Exchanges Process
1 Initiate Your Return
Within 15 days of delivery, please contact our team to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. This is essential for processing.
2 Prepare Your Item
- Ensure the item is unused, unwashed, and in original saleable condition.
- Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
- For footwear (from Men’s Footwear or Women’s Footwear), please only try them on indoors on a clean surface.
- Pack the item securely in its original box if possible, then place it in an outer shipping box.
3 Ship Your Return
Include your completed RMA form (we will email this to you) inside the package. Ship your return to our London hub using a tracked service. We recommend retaining your proof of postage.

4 Processing & Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days), we will process your refund or exchange. You will receive an email confirmation.
Refund Timeline & Method
- Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve the return.
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. This includes:
- Visa, MasterCard, JCB: Refunds appear on your statement based on your card issuer’s processing time (usually 3-5 additional business days).
- PayPal: Refunds are credited back to your PayPal account immediately upon our processing.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees (e.g., the $12.95 Standard Shipping charge) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
Important: Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the safety and hygiene of all our adventurers, certain items from our curated range cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Bottles & Flasks: For obvious hygiene reasons, used or opened drinkware cannot be returned.
- Clothing Accessories (e.g., hats, gloves, socks) that have been removed from their original sealed packaging.
- GPS & Watches with activated software or personalised settings.
- Any item that is not in its original, new condition with all tags attached and packaging intact.

Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? We recommend initiating a return for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item. This is often the fastest way to get the correct gear, especially for high-demand products from our Men’s Clothing, Women’s, or Junior Gear collections.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty item (e.g., defective Equipment or Packs & Vests) or an incorrect product, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will cover all return shipping costs and expedite a replacement or full refund.
