Shipping Information

We dispatch orders from our London hub to adventurers across the globe (excluding some remote regions and parts of Asia due to logistics constraints).

Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Order Processing: 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Standard Shipping: £12.95
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx.
    • Estimated Delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50.
    • Carrier: EMS.
    • Estimated Delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs procedures, seasonal peaks, or regional circumstances.

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy

We offer a 15-day return window from the date you receive your item. All items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

Important: To maintain hygiene and safety standards for all our customers, certain items from our curated range cannot be returned unless faulty.

Non-Returnable Items (Unless Faulty)

Based on our product range and commitment to safety, the following cannot be returned for change of mind or incorrect size:

  • Bottles & Flasks: For obvious hygiene reasons, any used or opened drinkware.
  • Clothing Accessories (e.g., hats, gloves, socks) that have been removed from their original sealed packaging.
  • GPS & Watches with activated software or personalised settings.
  • Any item not in its original, new, saleable condition with all tags attached.

The Returns & Exchanges Process

1Initiate Your Return

Within 15 days of delivery, contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Use the template below to ensure swift service. This RMA number is essential for processing your return.

2Prepare Your Item

Ensure the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original saleable condition. Include all tags, packaging, and accessories.
For Footwear (from our Men’s or Women’s Footwear range): Please only try them on indoors on a clean, carpeted surface.
Pack the item securely in its original box, then place it inside an outer shipping box for protection.

3Ship Your Return

Include your completed RMA form (emailed to you) inside the package. Ship your return to our London hub using a tracked service and retain your proof of postage.

4Processing & Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days), we will process your refund or exchange. You will receive an email confirmation.

Refund Timeline & Method

  • Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve the return.
  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:
    • Visa, MasterCard, JCB: Refunds appear on your statement based on your card issuer’s processing time (usually an additional 3-5 business days).
    • PayPal: Refunds are credited back to your PayPal account immediately upon our processing.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees (e.g., the £12.95 Standard Shipping charge) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? For speed—especially with high-demand items from our Men’s Clothing, Women’s, or Junior Gear collections—we recommend initiating a return for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty item (e.g., defective Equipment or Packs & Vests) or an incorrect product, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will cover all return shipping costs and expedite a replacement or full refund.
